Angry Birds Rio Timber Tumble Now Available! Plus a Secret Episode Hidden Harbor!

We told you it was coming and here it is! The Angry Birds Rio Timber Tumble and Hidden Harbor (v2.2.0) update is now available for iOS, Mac, and Android via Google Play and the Amazon Appstore. More are likely platforms coming soon.This update includes:

• 20 new levels in the new Timber Tumble episode and 15 in Hidden Harbor (more below)! Beware of logging equipment, or use it to your advantage! Our walkthrough videos are live if you need help
• Golden Gears! There are 10 to find hidden throughout the 20 normal levels. If you need help, consult our videos!
• 6 bonus levels! Unlock these by earning 30, 40, and 50 stars; collecting all Golden Gears; and earning 7 and 15 feathers (mobile only). We have walkthroughs for the bonus levels as well.
• Better Blu! Instead of flailing about, Blu now serves as a target for his feathery friends. Summon the wrath of the flock! (Also available as a new Power Up.)
• Want a Tip? If you reset a particular level a few times, you are prompted to receive an in-game tip! First one is free, more requires watching an ad or paying with Power Ups.
• 1 new iOS achievement for completing the episode.
• The Rio Leaderboard is ready for your scores. But remember, Power Up scores are NOT permitted on ABN Leaderboards. This includes the Playground episode.

Hidden Harbor

As we mentioned above this update also includes a bonus episode called Hidden Harbor! 15 super secret levels (walkthrouhgs here), which we announced yesterday. It looks like there are two ways to unlock this bonus episode:

Option 1: Obtain the "Golden Lock" Hidden in Timber Tumble

Can you find the Golden Lock? We did! (Thanks @josm and @DH-Kim) It's in-game somewhere, and if you find it... BOOM! New episode unlocked! Optino 2: Blu-Ray Insert

If you can't find the Golden Lock, or if you just want to play Hidden Harbor now, there's an alternative. We believe there is a unique code included in each Blu-Ray copy of "Rio 2", in stores now. Enter this code on the front screen of Angry Birds Rio and BAM! New episode unlocked! This has yet to be confirmed.
